Dealing with Shannon at Arbutus RV was a great experience and all the staff are so helpful, and go the extra mile to make sure your RV really suits your needs and that it will be something you will enjoy for many years.
I was ecstatic with winning the Propane Fireplace and the 1,000.00 cash came in very handy with buying the extra's we wanted to outfit our unit.

Just wanted to let you know how happy I am with the trailer and to thank you so much for bringing me coffee, brochures and helping me for the past, what is it, 6 months? You didn’t give up on me, you’re the best.

All the staff, you guys are awesome. Thanks again. The flowers look great in my livingroom and the trailer first in my driveway, the whole neighbourhood has been over to see it.

Hi Shannon,

Sorry it took so long to write.  Our trip to Quebec went without a hitch. The motorhome was great.  No problems at all which was very surprising considering it is a 1985.  Thank you for such a great RV and Thanks to your service department who did a great job getting our motorhome ready on short notice.  We camped for week when we first arrived here and now we have found a home.  The criteria was to make sure it had room to park our RV.  We are both very happy with our RV and we love our calendar.  You made the experience of buying such a great one.  We thank you very much.
