Craig Little (President) & Gerry Breckon (Operations manager) accept the Circle Of Excellence Award from Fleetwood The Worlds # 1 RV Manufacturer. 

This marks the 7th year in a row that Arbutus RV receives the prestigious Circle of Excellence Award, which is an award that is voted on by Arbutus RV’s customers that have purchased Fleetwood products. It is a measure of the quality of service that they received with the purchase of their RV in all departments from Sales to Parts and Service. Typically, only 20% of Fleetwood Dealers earn this award.

Arbutus RV owners Craig and Rose Little are proud to have received this at not only one but all five of their Island locations. Craig and Rose congratulate all of their Arbutus Team members in Mill Bay, Nanaimo, Courtenay, Sidney and Port Alberni for their outstanding efforts of service excellence and achievement!
In addition Arbutus also received the Top 10 Dealer Award for selling the most “Terry” products, as well as the Top 5 Dealer Award for selling the most “Quantum” products in North America.

Other manufacturers of product lines that Arbutus RV carries will also be honoring their Top Dealers this fall, Craig and Rose are heading off to the General Coach “Citation” Annual Convention in Penticton Sept 14 – 16 where they are being recognized as one of their top 5 dealers in North America.

Bigfoot Industries, Pacific CoachWorks, which manufactures the popular new Tango line, and Thor California, manufacturers of Vortex, Jazz and Wave are also recognizing Arbutus RV as one of their Top Dealers in North America.
