to our buyers to participate in Dealer Finance programs. Not only do we shop the banks for you, we provide
open ended finance with unbelievable
flexibility and no penalty for early payout. The only item that is secured for this finance is the RV itself and nothing else in your asset base.
Many of our customers arrive prepared
to make a CASH purchase, when in fact they are using a secured line of credit which means that the finance is secured by their home. By purchasing an RV using this home-secured line of credit you will be paying interest payments first and foremost to the bank which makes it difficult to build equity in your RV ownership. We have the buying power to amortize our RV purchases for up to 20 years. Comfortably low monthly payments,
make for a stress free, enjoyable experience. These low monthly payments are principle and interest combined, allowing many of our customers the flexibility to make penalty free lump sum payments, on a regular basis; this makes a big difference in early payouts and keeps more money in your account at the end of the day. Interest is calculated at the end of each month, based on principle balance.
Many of our customers are leaving their investments working for them and are taking advantage of deferred monthly payments. By deferring your payments for 3 to 6 months, you will be paying the deferred interest, but it gives you the opportunity to leave your money in investments and then pay out or make principle payments on your RV financing, once you have access to your invested money.
