Randy Tait – Sales and all the Folks at Nanaimo Arbutus:
Over the last several years we have owned three different types of trailers. We have always gone out to Arbutus RV to talk to Randy Tait and he has always been patient and informative. We had never made a purchase there though. In February '06, we purchased a 2006 Bounder motorhome from Arbutus RV at Nanaimo Airport . We had spent the fall and winter looking around all the dealerships on the Island and on the internet. We found the Arbutus group to be the most receptive and willing to take the time to explain everything to us and make sure it was understandable and with the best choice of products.
When we found what we wanted, Randy (and Walker Hunt) made sure that they could put together a deal that would work for US. They spent the time and energy to make sure that it was affordable and we were comfortable with it. My wife and I both feel that we were very fairly treated and we got an excellent deal and a fantastic motorhome.
From purchase, to inspection, to delivery the Nanaimo Arbutus team were very professional. Al, in the service dept. spent a lot of time to explain (in term we could understand) what everything was and how to operate it. Al, Dwayne and the service team are way above the standard.
The Nanaimo Arbutus team always went the extra mile and beyond and we want to thank them for that, with an "extra" thanks to Randy Tait to make it all happen.
