We are just thrilled with our new 2007 - 21 ft. Orbit Travel Trailer. This is just pure luxury for us with microwave, oven and full bathroom with shower. Over the years we have had other RV's but most of them did not have microwave, oven or shower.
Just to thank you and your staff so much for all your help in getting our new travel trailer ready for us. All of your staff are just wonderful -- thanks especially to Heather who made writing the cheque so easy; to Mike who made sure our van and trailer were ready for us and to Dave who was phenomenal in going over how everything worked on the trailer -- and then coming out to our house to help us get the hitch off the trailer! You and your staff just make buying an RV so easy with a minimal amount of stress.

To Whom It May Concern (Port Alberni location),
We recently purchased a 1993 Prowler from your Port Alberni Location. We have had numerous dealings with various car dealerships and RV dealers here on the Island the past 15 years, and we can say without a doubt that your customer service is the best we have ever encountered. Being an ex-car manager, customer service is something that I have always noticed and it definitely is something lacking with most dealers. I really appreciate this aspect of your company.
From Sales with Bill, to the brief encounter with the Business Manager, to Service, everything was excellent. But in particular we would like to thank Ron Clayton for his knowledge and helpfulness. When we had a problem a few days after taking possession of the trailer, he responded quickly, without question and again proved what good customer service is all about. Sales will sell the unit but good service will keep people coming back. Thank you Ron.
Your information sheets that we received were very informative and helpful. I only wish that the dealer we bought our new travel trailer from had included this as we could have used the ideas presented when we went down south this winter. We regret that we did not discover Arbutus to purchase our new travel trailer. So a lesson learned by us, we would definitely deal with Arbutus in the future and will certainly encourage anyone that we know planning a purchase to seek you out.

We store our motorhome in Corona, leave to Holland end of February. Now we are in Joshua Tree National Park. Thanks for all the help. We will see you again.
